How do I sync my faculty/staff email to Outlook on my PC?

If you are using a university-issued computer, follow steps 1-7. If you are using a personal computer, skip to step 8.

  1. Log into the computer with your APSU email address and password.
     
  2. Open Outlook. Click Next >.

  3. Click Next >.

  4. Your name and email address should auto-populate. Click Next >.

  5. Input the account password. Check the box beside Remember my credentials. Click OK.

  6. Once you see three green check marks, click Finish.

  7. If this is your personal computer, load Outlook and click Next >.

  8. Click Next >.

  9. Input your name, email address, and password into the fields and click Next >.

  10. Go back to steps 5-6.
